Our residents get the care they need because our nurses have the time to give them individual attention without rushing to the next. We average 3.35 care hours per patient per day in our nursing center.

Wage Scale
RN’s
Positions start at $40 per hour, plus $6 per hour shift differential for 3pm-11pm and $6 for 11pm – 7am; Flex positions are experience-based rate.
LPN’s
Positions start at 24.40 per hour, plus $6 per hour shift differential for 3pm- 11pm and $3 for 11pm – 7am; Flex positions are base rate + $3 per hour.
CNA’s
Positions start at $18.50 per hour, plus $3 per hour shift differential for 3pm- 11pm and $1 per hour for 11pm- 7am.
CNA Training Program
Nottingham Village contracts with Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) to offer the state required training for certified nursing assistants. The course lasts approximately 3 weeks and occurs within the nursing center. If interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant at Nottingham, we will coordinate the enrollment, fully pay the tuition fee, and even offer employment in advance of the class as a Center Healthcare Assistant. Nurse aide classes are typically offered 4-5 times per year and possibly more depending on the need. A Nottingham Village Human Resource Representative or Director of Nursing can provide more details.
