In the Retirement Center

At Nottingham Village we have studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments for both independent living and those needing personal care. Our apartments are ideal for couples who may have different needs. One spouse may be able to live independently, while the other may need assistance with personal care or medication management. Apartments in the Retirement Center allow couples to continue to live together while receiving the level of assistance that they each need. Then as a resident’s needs increase, they can receive additional assistance without having to move from the campus.

Our apartments are more spacious than you typically see in other complexes. They have plenty of room for wheelchairs or power chairs to navigate freely, and feature walk-in closets for convenient and ample storage options. Various floor plans give you options to choose the amount of space you need and the layout you prefer.

The common areas in the Retirement Center are inviting spaces to participate in group activities or quiet relaxation. They also serve as the social center for residents of our Country Houses. The East Wing of the Retirement Center has a fitness center, a computer lab, and multiple activity spaces to enjoy. The Great Room can be reserved for parties, dinners, and other gatherings.
